That means that today is the last day of Primary School for Patrick. Today he has an Easter hat parade and he wanted to show off his hat in this video and also send out an important message to support the Royal Children’s Hospital and its Good Friday Appeal to raise money for much needed equipment.

Patrick has just completed reading and spelling first 100 words and now his pink words which is way past the average knowledge for a prep child. He is not a gifted child, he just has a fantastic school so I would like to take this opportunity thank the staff for all the hard work and dedication they have put into teaching he kids there. Well done!

No wonder Oakwood Park Primary has won two National Literacy awards two years straight.

I have met his prep teacher and the staff at his new school and I am pretty confident about leaving him there. It’s a small school in Noble Park where all the kids seem very friendly and I’m sure they’ll look after my little man.
